Smart thinking, straight talking
Why us? Because we're not a squad of computer nerds who bamboozle you with jargon, sell you solutions you don't need and then walk away leaving your lessons lack-lustre and your teachers struggling in front of their class.
We're straight-talking, vastly-experienced IT specialists who've worked extensively in the education industry for over 10 years. This means we understand your environment and individual pressures. As a result, we know how to help you deliver the curriculum in an exciting and interactive form using the latest technology whilst, at the same time, working within your educational constraints and ICT budget. Put us to the test now.
Mike and Ajay from SchoolTechHub have been brilliant throughout our transition from ICT suite to Tablets. At the very first presentation they gave in our school, we knew that they were genuine people who we could work with. And appointing them proved to be the right decision.
Not only did they bring us interactive touchscreens and LearnPads to trial before we bought, but they never put pressure on the senior leadership team in the trial phase to make a decision – they were only interested in helping us get the right equipment for our school and our children.
Since then, their aftersales service has been second-to-none. They've held training workshops for all my staff, they've spent time with individual teachers to talk through how equipment works, and they are always ready at the drop of a hat, either remotely or on-site, to help if we have an issue.
Teachers' eyes light-up when they are here because they are so approachable. I'd even go as far as saying that SchoolTechHub are the John Lewis of the IT world!

From our initial request for a quotation, through to delivery, supply, installation, training and support, School Tech Hub have been a total pleasure to deal with and work with.
Our projects have been delivered on time and within budget and the whole STH team are consistently reliable, professional, courteous and approachable at all times. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending School Tech Hub.

For instance, we won't upgrade or install new equipment or software in your school until we've carried out a free evaluation on your current IT set-up to see if it's capable of supporting the new software or hardware. Even then, if we don't think the technology is going to help you achieve your learning goals – or we know of a more cost-effective alternative – we'll tell you.
If you're looking for on-going or short-term IT support, we take a similar approach: evaluating where you are now and where you want to be in a few years time to make absolutely certain we know how to best support your school on that journey. Only once we do this will we then create a cost-effective and flexible support package to get you there.
As a small school, we have very individual IT needs and goals. This means we need an IT supplier who understands our unique challenges and then delivers appropriate suggestions, rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
SchoolTechHub has been the answer. We have bought our LearnPads from SchoolTechHub and enjoyed outstanding technical support from them since that moment. In fact, SchoolTechHub has always understood our particular situation, and given us individual attention that is aligned with our actual needs – not perceived needs. Their work has had a very positive impact on the school and our teachers are now seeing the enormous learning potential of teaching with LearnPad.
I would certainly recommend SchoolTechHub to another school.

Arundel Church of England School, Arundel
Before using SchoolTechHub, we had a lot of problems with Learnpads, which took vasts amounts of time to sort out. Fortunately, we now have monthly support through SchoolTechHub and it's been invaluable. Despite being located near London, SchoolTechHub have been more than happy to come in to our school in Cheltenham whenever necessary to help. They will sort out problems for us instantly, and they do so in an approachable, friendly manner.
As well as providing Learnpads for the school, SchoolTechHub has trained our teachers so they can use the new technology, carried out wi-fi strength assessments, provided 'how-to' guides for us, and advised us on future improvements.
Using SchoolTechHub has enabled teachers to teach and children to learn using the Learnpads, without the fear of anything going wrong and spending valuable time fixing problems. Would I recommend them? Yes!

Your first experience of our people will be your Account Director – a super-friendly, ultra-reliable problem-solver dedicated to getting to know your school and what you want to achieve with your IT.
This same Account Director will be your one single point of contact throughout our time working with you. They'll listen, advise and guide you as often and for as long as you want, building a relationship with you and your staff that you can always count on.
Our team is also made up of friendly, professional system engineers and technical experts – smart thinkers who, between them, have over 60 years' experience configuring ICT environments of all shapes and sizes. Your IT couldn't be in more capable hands.
I trialled Learn Pads and interactive whiteboard in my class for a week through SchoolTechHub. It was effortless thanks to Mike and Ajay who came in to set them up for me. They were patient and easy to talk to and I never had to do anything – they handled the lot.
During that week, Mike became like a best friend! He was always on hand to help (no question was too silly) and he rang up regularly to check how it was all going and to see if I needed any help. This exceptional support has continued to this very day. We have a lot of staff at the school who don't like technology, but SchoolTechHub has bent over backwards to help with appropriate training and support, and they even ran a refresher workshop after half-term to ensure everyone felt confident with the new equipment.
Without doubt, SchoolTechHub have gone over and above what is expected from a company.
